Mark Sirgo, PharmD
Chief Executive OfficerPharmaceutical executive and entrepreneur with over thirty 35 years of industry experience from large pharma to start-up. More recently founder and CEO of BioDelivery Sciences (Nasdaq:BDSI) that went from a preclinical stage start up to a fully integrated commercial enterprise following the FDA approval of three products ending in a successful sale of the company in 2022.
Prior to BDSI, held senior positions in research and development involving ethical and over-the-counter switch products in the areas of gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, respiratory, pain and addiction at GSK. In addition, led the management of global sales and marketing for a global contract research organization (PPD). Dr. Sirgo holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and BS in Pharmacy from The Ohio State University.

Niraj Vasisht, PhD
Chief Technical OfficerNiraj has 30 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He was the CEO of Avior Inc., leading the drug development to treat pruritus in liver disease patients. He has developed six commercial healthcare products sold in the US/RoW markets.
He was the CTO at Biodelivery Sciences(BDSI), leading the company’s product development, and previously ran a CDMO business at Southwest Research where he developed drug delivery technologies used today. He is a key opinion leader in microencapsulation and drug delivery. Dr. Vasisht is a book editor and authored over 30 patents, and numerous publications. Dr. Vasisht received a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Ernest DePaolantonio, CPA
Chief Finance OfficerErnie De Paolantonio has more than 40 years of pharmaceutical industry experience. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer of Journey Medical Corporation where he was part of the team that took the company public. Mr. De Paolantonio held several leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer, of BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc., a public specialty company, Chief Financial Officer of CorePharma LLC, a privately held specialty generic company.
Ernie began his career spending 17 years at GlaxoSmithKline, including group controller responsible for $3.5 billion in sales. De Paolantonio, a licensed CPA, received his B.A. from Lycoming College and his MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.

Kevin Ostrander, MS, MBA
Chief Business OfficerKevin has 30+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked in various capacities for BioDelivery Sciences, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Sandoz, Mylan, Watson Pharmaceuticals and Elan Drug Delivery.
For the past 20+ years, Kevin has been a leading business development executive, assisting in overall corporate revenue growth through select product/technology partnerships. He has completed 75 transactions with a total value exceeding $1.5 billion.
Kevin holds a BS degree in Biology from SUNY Albany, an MS degree in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs from Temple University School of Pharmacy and an MBA in International Business from St. Joseph’s University.

Dan Arsulowicz, MBA
Chief Operating OfficerDan is a results-driven, people-focused leader with >20 years in operations leadership for Rx, Medical Device and OTC products in family-owned, publicly traded, and venture-capital backed businesses.
Dan has led teams through successful regulatory filings and approvals and commercial launches of generic and branded transdermal, medical device, and oral healthcare products. Prior to joining Corium, he held R&D and operations roles at Amway Corporation, where he was responsible for process scale-up, continuous improvement programs, and operational support.
Dan received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Grand Valley State University.

Suzanne Hinchliffe
Chief People OfficerSuzanne brings more than 20 years of strategic and innovative human resources experience in private and publicly traded companies.
Prior to joining Corium Innovations, she was the Director of Human Resources at InteliChart, a SaaS company that provides a market-leading, patient-engagement platform. Prior to InteliChart, Suzanne held several positions in human resources at Truist (formerly BB&T), one of the largest financial services companies in the U.S. Suzanne is graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.
